WHAT IS KIDSTRONG?

KidStrong is Athletic Play that builds confidence, character and family connection! Our science based fitness games focus on physical, character and cognitive development.

KidStrong is rapidly growing and we're looking for talented, enthusiastic professionals who are passionate, energetic, and excited to engage with parents and kids and make an impact on their lives.

OPEN ROLE

We are looking for coaches with an athletic or coaching background who ideally have experience coaching kids ages 15mo-11 years old or pediatric OT/PT experience.
Our classes run on weekdays 4 - 745 pm
On weekends we run from 8-1 and 1-5 pm

Job Qualifications

Experience coaching students within the appropriate KidStrong age
Experience talking to and educating parents on our curriculum
Intermediate knowledge of physiology, exercise technique, and body mechanics
CPR certified
Positive, motivating, and effective interpersonal communication skills
Self-starter that just gets a job done

Compensation: $18.00 - $24.00 per hour

KidStrong is a private child development training center focused on brain, physical & character development for ages walking through 11 years old. KidStrong offers a science-based curriculum that is parent-focused and taught by professionals.

Responsibilities

Coach science-based athletic play classes that support children's physical, cognitive, and character development. Engage with children and their parents, explain the curriculum, and help build confidence and family connection.

Requirements

Candidates should have an athletic or coaching background, experience coaching children in the relevant age range, and the ability to educate parents about the curriculum. Intermediate knowledge of physiology, exercise technique, and body mechanics, CPR certification, strong communication skills, and a positive, self-starting approach are required.
