- Coordinate with bussing subcontractors, monitor service performance, and address gaps against schedules and operational requirements.
- Serve as the main point of contact for bussing operations, communicating changes and requirements to project teams, site supervision, subcontractors, and other stakeholders.
- Identify, document, and coordinate the resolution of transportation issues, including route, schedule, capacity, service, and missed-pickup concerns.
- Respond to passenger-related concerns, such as complaints or conduct issues, and involve the appropriate project or site contacts when follow-up is needed.
- Maintain accurate bussing schedules, ridership data, issue logs, and service records.
- Adjust transportation plans as workforce levels, ridership, and project needs change.
- Build effective working relationships with site supervision, project personnel, trades, and transportation providers.
- Ensure bussing operations follow applicable site safety, security, and operational procedures.
