Identify, assess and manage project risks and opportunities, and lead the team through mitigation plans and recovery efforts.
Ensure compliance with permits, environmental regulations and regulatory requirements, including dewatering, erosion and sediment control, and bypass pumping.
Work closely with Superintendents, Project Engineers, Safety, Quality, Environmental, Estimating and District leadership to align project execution with district business goals.

Working knowledge of project management systems, scheduling software and cost reporting tools.
Proven leadership and people development skills, with the ability to build and motivate high-performing teams.
Excellent written and verbal communication, negotiation and stakeholder management skills.

May work at various different locations and conditions may vary

Compensation: $165,000/yr - $188,000/yr
