Original job description

About Kindsight:

Kindsight builds technology that helps fundraisers make a difference. For decades, Kindsight has supported the education, healthcare, and nonprofit sectors with fundraising tools and the largest charitable giving database on the market. And as the giving sector evolves, so does Kindsight. As the leader in fundraising intelligence, Kindsight leverages real-time data and AI to help thousands of organizations around the world identify, manage, and engage with donors - at any scale. With purpose-built CRMs that corral all of that donor information and campaign tracking into one place, donor prospect research tools that offer proactive insights and real-time donor intel, and generative AI that creates personalized, meaningful content drafts at scale, Kindsight’s product suite is truly changing the game for donor fundraising.

Position Summary:

The Enterprise Account Executive drives new enterprise sales and expands high-value relationships across Kindsight's enterprise market. This role requires strategic, consultative selling into complex organizations with multiple stakeholders, formal procurement processes, and long sales cycles. The successful candidate brings a proven enterprise SaaS track record, disciplined opportunity management, and a passion for helping mission-driven organizations transform donor engagement through data and technology.

What You'll Do

Develop deep expertise in Kindsight's solutions, value propositions, and competitive differentiation.
Craft and deliver compelling narratives that connect Kindsight's platform to each organization's fundraising goals and business outcomes.
Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to close, including leading responses to RFPs, RFIs, and RFQs.
Consistently achieve and exceed new sales targets across an assigned territory of enterprise prospects and customers.
Build and execute territory and account plans with short- and long-term strategies to drive pipeline and quota attainment.
Lead structured discovery and engage executive sponsors, economic buyers, and cross-functional stakeholders through consultative, problem-first conversations.
Build Mutual Action Plans with customers to navigate procurement, security review, legal, and executive approval.
Accurately forecast pipeline and in-quarter performance, grounded in evidence of customer progress.
Maintain strong CRM hygiene by consistently recording touchpoints, activity, and opportunity events.
Partner with Solutions Engineering, Customer Success, Professional Services, and leadership to ensure seamless client experiences.
Build relationships with industry leaders and represent Kindsight at conferences, philanthropy events, and client engagements.
Travel up to 60% as required.

What We're Looking For

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or equivalent practical experience.
7+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience with a proven track record in enterprise-level selling.
Demonstrated success closing complex, high-value deals and managing large strategic accounts.
Experience navigating multi-stakeholder buying groups and long sales cycles that include RFPs, security reviews, legal negotiation, and executive approval.
Disciplined opportunity management and forecasting, with comfort using data and pipeline math to prioritize time.
Knowledge of modern sales methodologies; MEDDPICC and Challenger are assets.
Strong negotiation, consultative selling, and relationship-building skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present technical and business value clearly and persuasively.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
Extensive knowledge of Salesforce and the Salesforce ecosystem, including its partners, integrations, and applications, is strongly preferred.
Experience selling CRM, data, or fundraising solutions to mission-driven organizations is an asset.

Compensation Range: $260,000-320,000 CAD/$250,000-300,000 USD OTE annually, based on experience, market benchmarks and role complexity. We aim to offer fair, competitive pay that reflects your skills and the market.

This advertised position is for an existing vacancy at Kindsight. At Kindsight, we’re proud to be a place where everyone belongs and has an equal opportunity to contribute, thrive and grow. We hire based on skills, potential, and impact, and we believe our differences fuel innovation. We welcome all individuals and do not discriminate on the basis of gender identity and expression, race, ethnicity, disability, sexual orientation, colour, religion, creed, gender, national origin, age, marital status, pregnancy, sex, citizenship, education, languages spoken or veteran status. We’re building a workplace where everyone has the opportunity to do meaningful work and make a difference.

We leverage artificial intelligence (AI) tools to support certain aspects of our recruitment process. These tools may help with resume screening, drafting job descriptions, creating interview questions and occasionally identifying potential candidates. All hiring decisions are made by our people, not AI. Our intent is to use AI thoughtfully to streamline administrative tasks, improve the candidate experience and support fair, unbiased hiring practices consistent with industry standards.
