Kingsway Dermatology & Cosmetic Centre | The Kingsway, Toronto
Kingsway Dermatology & Cosmetic Centre is looking for an experienced, polished, and personable Reception Concierge to join our well-established, high-end cosmetic dermatology practice.
The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume environment and is passionate about delivering an exceptional patient experience.
Qualifications:
- 2–5 years of experience in cosmetic dermatology or medical aesthetics.
- Experience with spa or medical aesthetics EMR systems is essential.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills.
- Professional, personable, and able to remain composed in a busy clinic environment.
- A genuine commitment to exceptional patient service and teamwork.
