What You’ll Learn and Do
As a Paint Apprentice, you’ll work alongside experienced refinishing technicians and learn how to:
- Prepare vehicles for paint through sanding, masking, priming, and surface repair
- Mix and match colours following proper refinishing procedures
- Use modern paint systems and equipment safely and effectively
- Perform quality checks to ensure a flawless finish
- Support workloads in a busy, high‑performance shop environment
- Build your technical skill set through structured training and real‑world practice
- Learn refinishing techniques and safety considerations for EVs, hybrids, aluminum panels, and sensor‑integrated components
- Gain exposure to sustainable refinishing practices, including low‑VOC products and waste‑reduction processes
This foundational role sets you up for a long-term, stable career as a certified Automotive Painter.
