You’ll work closely with Planning, Finance, Quality and Project Management, with the opportunity to build your career within a stable and growing organization that values internal development and promotion.

If you enjoy digging into data, building supplier relationships and turning market insights into smarter procurement decisions, this could be a great next step.

Analyze supplier pricing, cost structures and market benchmarks to support contract negotiations.
Monitor raw material markets and provide insights, recommendations and scenario analyses to support strategic sourcing decisions.
Build and maintain forecasting models, cost breakdowns, dashboards and tracking tools.
Act as a key point of contact for suppliers, supporting performance reviews, KPI tracking, issue resolution, escalations and corrective actions.
Monitor supply risks including shortages, pricing volatility and continuity concerns.
Identify and recommend alternative or substitute ingredients and materials when required for existing products or new product launches.
Support complex sourcing projects involving supplier price changes, production requirements and customer pricing structures.

3–5 years of sourcing or procurement experience, preferably within food & beverage manufacturing or CPG environments required.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Commerce, Management, Economics, Food Science or a related field.
Hands-on experience managing RFQs/RFPs and supplier negotiations.
Strong analytical and data-management skills with the ability to identify trends and translate findings into actionable recommendations.
Experience with supplier relationship management, supplier performance and stakeholder management.
Experience gathering and interpreting market intelligence to support sourcing and procurement decisions.
Advanced or strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
Experience working within an ERP environment, such as NetSuite, SAP or a comparable cloud-based ERP system.
Comfortable working hands-on with sourcing data and systems in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Excellent organizational, prioritization and time-management skills.
Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to collaborate across multiple departments and levels of the organization.
Highly accountable and comfortable taking ownership of responsibilities, decisions and outcomes.
Proactive, self-driven and solutions-focused with strong problem-solving abilities.

Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
Must be comfortable with occasional travel to the United States and able to meet applicable travel-entry requirements.

Why Join?

This is an opportunity to join a stable, growing food and beverage manufacturer that believes in developing its people and promoting strong performers from within.

You'll gain exposure to strategic raw material sourcing, supplier negotiations, market intelligence and cross-functional projects while working closely with key areas of the business.

For someone looking to continue building their sourcing career, there is opportunity for long-term development and progression into management-level roles as the organization continues to grow.
