Kitchen Tune-Up of Grand Rapids is a locally owned kitchen and bath remodeling company with a steady pipeline of sold work across West Michigan. We're adding a full-time installer who takes pride in finish work.

You'll primarily run solo installs, with support from the field supervisor and office team - they keep the schedule, materials, and customers lined up, so your day is installing, not chasing parts. The work is indoors, out of the summer heat and the winter cold. Pay is $25–$35/hr based on experience - the top of the range is there for a lead-level installer - with a step up after 90 days.

What You'll Do

• Install new kitchen and bath cabinets, start to finish
• Cabinet refacing - doors, drawer fronts, veneer
• Cut and install crown molding
• Drill for and install hardware; install roll-out trays and accessories
• Daily work with table saw, miter saw, router, nail gun
• Other skills welcome - tile, drywall, light electrical, flooring: there's opportunity to use them here (not a requirement)
• Arrive on time in a logo'd shirt, keep the jobsite clean, and leave customers glad they hired us
  
  

What We're Looking For

• Cabinet install and refacing experience - whether that's a few strong years or twenty. What counts is proven ability and drive, not the number
• Real crown molding proficiency - cutting and installing
• Your own tools and reliable transportation
• Valid driver's license, good driving record, able to pass a background check
• Pride in finish quality and in how you treat customers in their homes

Compensation: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour
