Quality Assurance Manager

Due to continued success and expanding customer requirements, our Client is seeking an accomplished Quality Assurance Manager to lead quality initiatives at one of its key manufacturing facilities.

As the senior quality leader within the plant, the Quality Assurance Manager will be responsible for driving quality performance throughout the entire product lifecycle, from new program launches to ongoing production and continuous improvement activities. Working closely with Operations, Engineering, Sales, Supply Chain, and Customers, the QA Manager will lead Quality Systems implementation, APQP activities, PFMEA development, Control Plans, supplier quality performance, PPAP submissions, customer issue resolution, and corrective action processes. The role demands a hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, can effectively coach and develop quality personnel, and is passionate about achieving world-class performance and a culture of zero defects. Significant customer interaction is involved, making strong communication skills, professionalism, and credibility essential to success.

Our ideal candidate brings a proven track record of quality leadership within a Tier 1 automotive manufacturing environment and possesses deep expertise in IATF 16949, SPC, PPAP, APQP, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement methodologies. Equally important is the ability to influence teams, build strong customer relationships, and mentor experienced employees while introducing new ideas, systems, and best practices.
