About the Role
Do you like driving, working with your hands, and seeing a finished job you can be proud of? This is a hands-on role for someone who wants more than a seat in a cab. As a Blower Truck Operator / Installer, you'll drive to job sites across the region, then set up and blow mulch, bark, topsoil, and compost into place with precision - leaving every site looking sharp.
You'll be the face of Klassen on every job: talking customers through the process, answering their questions, and making sure they're happy before you pull away. Some days you'll run the job solo; other days you'll lead a small crew. We'll train the right person on the blower equipment - what matters most is a strong Class 3 driver who takes pride in their work, cares about safety, and isn't afraid to get dirty.
You won't be a number here. You'll know your crew leads, your manager will know your name, and when something comes up, someone picks up the phone.
