About the Role
Do you want to run the engine room of a People team, so payroll is right every cycle in two countries and the HR system holds data leaders trust? In this role you’ll own end-to-end payroll for about 200 employees across British Columbia, Washington and Oregon. You’ll also be our Rippling expert and keep us compliant with employment standards, workers’ compensation and recordkeeping rules. You’ll report directly to our Chief People Officer and work with Finance, the HR team and our Information Team. This isn’t a generalist advisor role. You won’t handle investigations or coach managers. You’ll be the expert on the systems, numbers and rules everyone else relies on. You won’t be left to figure it out alone, and you’ll have real room to build better processes with automation and AI. Apply today and grow your career with Klassen.
