- Collaborate with Creative, Studio, and Project Management teams to resolve production challenges, align deliverables with approved specifications, and maintain project timelines and budgets.
- Review mechanical files, proofs, and press checks to verify print quality, production accuracy, and compliance with applicable print and mailing requirements.
Required:

- Demonstrated experience with lithographic, digital/POD, web, and inline printing technologies, including reviewing mechanical files, proofs, and pre-press specifications.
- Experience preparing detailed production estimates, budgets, schedules, and vendor specifications for multiple print projects.
- Proven experience managing external print suppliers, including obtaining competitive quotes, issuing purchase orders, tracking production costs, and reconciling invoices.
- Experience coordinating multiple concurrent print production projects with Creative, Studio, and Project Management stakeholders while meeting agreed delivery dates and budgets.
- Bachelor’s degree in print production, communications, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience demonstrated through completed print production projects.
- Comfort and enthusiasm for using AI as a regular part of how work gets done.
- Experience coordinating direct mail programs with lettershops, including Canada Post Corporation (CPC) and United States Postal Service (USPS) mailing requirements.
- Experience managing font licensing, image and asset purchasing, and print reproduction rights for commercial production.
- Certified Print Production accreditation or equivalent professional training in print production processes.
