Klipboard provides specialist software, services and support to deliver fully integrated trading and business management solutions to companies in the distributive trade – wherever they are in the world. Key Responsibilities

To maximize revenue generation for new business through upselling the company’s product catalogue and maximising contract length
To acquire new customers through appropriate propositions and ethical sales methods to optimise the quality of service, business growth, and customer satisfaction.
Develop new business opportunities with your existing clients (referrals)
To achieve or exceed opportunity and revenue targets
To achieve KPI’s agreed with the sales director and report progress on a weekly/monthly basis as required and agreed
Assist with challenging client requests and issue escalations’ as needed
To respect and reflect company standards and vision
To execute a culture of performance, competition, and support
To take care of company resources and assets
To reflect company brand inside and outside of business hours – holding yourself to a high standard of professional, customer care, and peer support

2-year minimum experience in an equivalent sales role

Experience working with a CRM systems (example SalesForce)
Proven ability to juggle multiple prospects at a time, while maintain sharp attention to detail
Experience in delivering client-focused solutions based on customer needs
