This position offers a hybrid work arrangement, allowing 50% of tasks to be performed remotely. This approach promotes a balance between performance and flexibility, while ensuring close collaboration with internal teams. The role is based in our office located in Ville Saint-Laurent, Montreal.

About the role

Reporting to and working closely with the Operations Manager, the Customer Service Representative is responsible for entering, reviewing, and managing customer orders, as well as responding to customer inquiries. This role requires clear and proactive communication to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and accurate order follow-up, including close collaboration with our third-party logistics (3PL) partner.

Key Responsibilities

Enter, review, and manage customer orders from various sources.
Respond to customer inquiries and handle complaints professionally.
Communicate order updates, reports, and relevant information to customers.
Follow up on delayed orders, missing items, and discrepancies.
Liaise closely with the 3PL provider to ensure timely and accurate updates.
Coordinate international orders and export documentation.
Translate and edit customer communications (French and English).

Relevant du gestionnaire des opérations et travaillant en étroite collaboration avec celui-ci, le ou la Représentant(e) du service à la clientèle est responsable de la saisie, de la vérification et de la gestion des commandes clients, ainsi que du traitement des demandes et des suivis auprès de la clientèle. Le poste exige une communication claire et proactive afin d’assurer un haut niveau de satisfaction client et un suivi rigoureux des commandes, notamment en collaboration avec notre partenaire logistique (3PL).

Responsabilités principales

Saisir, vérifier et gérer les commandes clients provenant de diverses sources.
Répondre aux demandes des clients et assurer un suivi professionnel des plaintes.
Communiquer les mises à jour de commandes, rapports et informations pertinentes.
Assurer le suivi des commandes en retard, des produits manquants ou des écarts.
Collaborer étroitement avec le fournisseur 3PL afin d’assurer des mises à jour rapides et exactes.
Coordonner les commandes internationales et la documentation d’exportation.
Traduire et réviser des communications destinées aux clients (français et anglais).

Qualifications

Diplôme d’études collégiales (DEC) en administration ou dans un domaine connexe
2 à 3 ans d’expérience en service à la clientèle ou dans un poste similaire
Expérience dans le secteur pharmaceutique (atout)
Bilinguisme (français et anglais) avec d’excellentes compétences en communication orale et écrite*
Connaissance de l’environnement Windows
Connaissance de Dynamics 365 (atout)
