We are seeking individuals to join us as Security guards for high-end condominium sites throughout the Greater Toronto Area. One year of condominium experience is required, along with a commitment to excellence and a desire to be part of a team of elite security professionals.
position Responsibilities
- Provide access control to the condominium
- Conduct routine interior and exterior foot patrols of the facility grounds
- Monitor CCTV and conduct investigations as required
- Ensure that the facility’s safety and emergency procedures are followed in response to site emergencies
- Undertake site-specific training and follow the direction and guidance of the Site Supervisor
- Demonstrate judgment, common sense and decision-making ability, particularly when required to take charge in emergencies or other incidents
- Effectively operate security equipment/systems, computers, radios, phones
- Maintain meticulous record-keeping and report writing
- One year Condominium Security Experience is a must.
- Excellent Customer Service, English language & communication abilities
- Must be comfortable walking, standing, patrolling
- A Valid Ontario Security Guard License is required
- Availability to work part-time shifts based on operational requirements.

Responsibilities

Requirements
Applicants must have a valid Ontario Security Guard license and at least one year of condominium security experience. They must demonstrate strong customer service and English communication skills, be comfortable walking, standing, and patrolling, and be available for part-time shifts.
