You have a strong pulse on what Knix customers want and know how to attract, engage, and delight them throughout the full client experience.
You are a high-performance individual in a retail setting. You don't just meet targets; you obsess over outperforming them, viewing every shift as a 'selling period' where you own the results.
You thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and can think on your feet while confidently prioritizing what matters most in the moment.

You lead with resilience and positivity, guiding teams through change and challenges while maintaining focus, momentum, and morale.
You are deeply passionate about our customers and inspired by Knix, our mission, and the impact we make every day.

The Opportunity

Drive store performance by leading key sales initiatives such as clienteling, owning the floor during peak moments, and coaching team members to maximize sales through needs-based service and strong product knowledge.

That’s why for permanent full-time employees, we cover 100% of the premiums for extended health and dental plans from your first day. You’ll also gain access to mental health support through our Employee Assistance Programs through our partners at Dialogue who provide virtual coaching, therapy, and counseling.
