The Opportunity

Create a comfortable, inclusive, and uplifting end-to-end experience for all Knix customers
Actively listen to customers' unique needs and guide them to the right Knix products, ensuring they leave confident and with the perfect fit
Comfortable working in a sales-driven environment. Adopt a 'lean in” mindset toward sales targets. You understand that every KPI (AOV, CVR, UPT) is a direct reflection of how well we are serving our community
Stay knowledgeable on our growing product assortment and current promotions to confidently support customer decisions
Maintain high energy and engagement on the floor, contributing to a positive in-store experience regardless of traffic levels
Support visual standards, organization, and general operational needs to keep the store customer-ready
Escalate any issues or opportunities as required to the Manager on Duty

Qualifications

Previous experience in customer service or retail is considered an asset, but above all else, you’re great with people and are passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences
You love being part of a team and are a great collaborator
Ability to stay flexible, take initiative, and handle multiple customer interactions with care and attention
Experience in a sales-driven environment, working with KPIs and sales targets is considered an asset

Eligibility Requirements

Must have the necessary work authorization to be legally employed in Canada and be 18 years of age or older
Ability to lift and handle packages weighing up to 25lbs
Ability to move efficiently through the store for long periods of time and as needed for an entire shift
Available to work a flexible schedule to meet the needs of the business, including holiday, evening, and weekend shifts

Compensation

$19.00 CAD per hour

Responsibilities

Create an inclusive, supportive customer experience by listening to customers’ needs and recommending suitable products and fits. Meet sales goals and KPIs while maintaining product knowledge, store presentation, and operational readiness, and escalate issues to the Manager on Duty as needed.

Requirements

Previous retail or customer service experience and experience with sales targets or KPIs are assets, while strong people skills, collaboration, initiative, flexibility, and the ability to manage multiple customer interactions are important. Applicants must be at least 18, authorized to work in Canada, able to lift up to 25 pounds and remain active throughout a shift, and available for flexible evening, weekend, and holiday schedules.
