About You

You’re a Knix Ambassador - inspired by our mission, and driven to translate that passion into measurable brand growth.
You’re energized by fast-paced, behind-the-scenes work, thrive under pressure, and take pride in keeping stock operations running seamlessly.
You have a sharp eye for detail and strong organizational skills, ensuring every piece of inventory is accounted for, easy to find, and accurately processed.

Support visual excellence: You have a keen eye for detail and flag merchandising opportunities to leadership, collaborating on solutions to improve presentation and shopability.
Be a team player: You’re always ready to pitch in, whether it’s helping a teammate on the floor or supporting a customer who needs a hand.
Prioritize safety: You follow all Asset Protection protocols and store policies, maintaining a safe and secure environment for both team and customers.

Qualifications

Previous experience in customer service or retail is considered an asset, but above all else, you’re great with people and are passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences.
