Koler Builders is wholly-owned by Byron Equities, a global real estate investment firm.

We are seeking an experienced, detail-oriented Construction Quality Control (QC) Manager to lead, develop, and execute the project-specific Quality Management Plan across our active job sites. Regulatory Mastery: Strong working knowledge of local building codes, safety guidelines, and standard testing methodologies.

Soft Skills: Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills. The ability to address sub-standard work firmly while maintaining collaborative, professional relationships with field teams.
