Job Overview

Build Your Career with a Team That Keeps Mining Operations Moving

Are you someone who takes pride in staying organized, working safely, and delivering great customer service? We're looking for a Warehouse Shipper/Receiver to join our Sudbury team and play a critical role in supporting mining and industrial operations across the region. In this hands-on role, you'll be responsible for managing incoming and outgoing parts, maintaining inventory accuracy, operating material handling equipment, and ensuring customers receive the right parts when they need them. If you enjoy working in a fast-paced environment where teamwork, safety, and attention to detail are valued, we'd like to hear from you.

Reports to: Warehouse Operations Manager

Shift: 5x2- Monday-Friday 8h/day and on call as need

Safety Sensitive: Yes- drug & alcohol testing, physical demand fit testing, RCMP criminal record check and submission of 5-year provincial driving record will be required

Relocation: This position does not offer relocation

Key Job Responsibilities

Champion a safe work environment by following and promoting safe work practices every day
Support customers and internal teams with parts inquiries, order processing, and inventory transactions
Receive, inspect, ship, and track parts and freight while ensuring accuracy and quality standards are met
Operate forklifts and material handling equipment to safely load, unload, and move inventory
Maintain accurate inventory records, including cycle counts, stock locations, quality notifications, and system updates
Prepare shipments, including packaging, labeling, documentation, and international export requirements

Qualifications/Requirements

1-3 years of warehouse, shipping/receiving, parts, or inventory management experience
Strong customer service and communication skills with the ability to work effectively with internal and external customers
High attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy when handling inventory, documentation, and system updates
Forklift certification is an asset
Working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel; SAP experience is considered an asset
Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking skills
Ability to safely lift up to 50 lbs.
Flexibility to participate in an on-call rotation and adapt to changing operational needs
