Original job description
Leading water treatment system designer/builder in Surrey, BC requires Senior Project Engineer for their engineering group. BI Pure Water specialises in packaged plants for small communities, first nations, mines and industry, we design and build WTP and WWTP for a wide range of applications.
Responsibilities:
Work with guidance of engineering manager to build designs and provide cost estimates for water and waste water plants.
Lead project teams, manage contracts technically and commercially, build customer relationships.
Select and source appropriate equipment, raw materials and control components.
Effective organizational and time management skills in handling multiple projects, performing a variety of tasks, and meeting required deadlines.
Other tasks may be assigned by management
Travel to customer sites may be required
Engineering degree with interest in water treatment .
Thorough knowledge of design procedures, specifications, and engineering software.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Strong organizational skills.
