About The Role

This role is part of our Digital team, where your internal title would be Associate, Digital; working primarily in a product analysis capacity across client engagements.

As a Product Analyst, you are an early-to-mid career professional with a strong foundation in data-driven decision making and a desire to grow both your product and consulting skill set. Leveraging your analytical background, you will support the end-to-end lifecycle of digital products for our clients by tracking user behavior, evaluating product performance, and translating business objectives into technical requirements.

You will work closely with senior analysts, consultants, engineers, designers, and business stakeholders across a variety of client engagements, translating product visions and roadmaps into tangible digital products. With guidance and mentorship, you will support the delivery team with requirements documentation and process mapping while also building broader consulting skills across project management, user experience and product strategy.

You are curious, detail-oriented, and motivated to continuously improve your analytical and product capabilities.

What You’ll Do

Support client and internal teams in defining key performance indicators (KPIs) and tracking success metrics for digital products
Analyze user behaviour, conversion funnels, and feature usage to identify drop-off points, bottlenecks, and growth opportunities under the guidance of senior team members
Collaborate with product managers and designers to formulate hypotheses, design experiments, and evaluate A/B test results
Assist in creating documentation and visual artifacts, including telemetry specifications, data dictionaries, performance dashboards, and analytical reports
Work with engineering and data teams to ensure proper tracking implementation, data accuracy, and analytics governance
Communicate insights clearly through data visualizations, executive summaries, and presentation decks to inform roadmap decisions
Proactively identify opportunities to improve product tracking methodologies, reporting efficiency, and client analytical frameworks

Qualifications

1+ years of experience in a product, data analyst, or digital strategy-focused role
Experience with project management and collaboration tools (e.g. Jira, Confluence, Asana)
Proficiency with data visualization platforms (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker) and foundational knowledge of querying languages (e.g., SQL)
Foundational understanding of digital product lifecycles, product management frameworks, and Agile/Scrum environments
Experience synthesizing complex data sets into clear, actionable insights for diverse stakeholders
Strong analytical and quantitative problem-solving skills with high attention to detail
Clear written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional and consulting-style environments
Interest in learning about emerging digital trends, user behavioural patterns, and product-led growth strategy

The estimated compensation for this position is $78,000 - $90,000. This is an estimate and a compensation offer will vary based on applicant’s education, experience, skills, abilities and alignment with market data.
