- Plan menus and estimate food requirements for their realization
- Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods
- Inspect kitchens and food service areas
- Train staff in preparation, cooking and handling of food
- Order supplies and equipment
- Supervise kitchen staff and helpers
- Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies and equipment
- Clean kitchen and work areas
- Manage kitchen operations

Responsibilities
The cook is responsible for planning menus, preparing complete meals, and managing overall kitchen operations. This includes supervising staff, ordering supplies, and maintaining cleanliness and inventory records.
Requirements
Candidates must have a secondary school graduation certificate and between 2 to 3 years of relevant experience. Proficiency in English is required for this on-site role.
