We are seeking an experienced and driven Project Manager to lead the successful delivery of data and analytics consulting engagements for our clients. You will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing projects from initiation through to completion - ensuring alignment with client objectives, timelines, budgets, and KPI Digital’s high standards.

🎯 Key Responsibilities

Project Planning & Delivery
Define project scope, timelines, deliverables, and resource needs
Develop detailed project plans, track progress, and manage risk
Lead Agile or hybrid delivery methodologies where appropriate
Client Engagement
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients during engagements
Build strong relationships and communicate project status transparently
Facilitate client workshops and presentations
Team Leadership & Coordination
Coordinate cross-functional teams including data engineers, analysts, architects, and consultants
Allocate resources and manage team workloads efficiently
Ensure all team members are aligned on project goals and deliverables
Budget & Reporting
Manage project budgets, forecasts, and profitability
Monitor KPIs and provide regular reports to internal and external stakeholders
Strong experience in the manufacturing would be considered an asset

✅ Qualifications & Skills

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
Minimum 5 years of project management experience in a consulting or data-focused environment
Strong understanding of data and analytics concepts: data pipelines, cloud platforms (Azure,AWS), BI tools, etc.
PMP, or Agile certification is an asset
Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Jira, MS Project)
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills
Bilingual (English/French) preferred in Canadian markets

Nous recherchons un chef de projet expérimenté et motivé pour diriger la livraison réussie des mandats de conseil en données et analytique pour nos clients. Vous serez responsable de la planification, de la coordination et de l'exécution des projets du début à la fin - en veillant à ce qu'ils soient alignés sur les objectifs du client, les délais, les budgets et les normes élevées de KPI Digital.

🎯 Responsabilités principales

Planification et exécution de projets
Définir la portée, les délais, les livrables et les besoins en ressources des projets
Élaborer des plans de projet détaillés, suivre l'avancement et gérer les risques
Diriger les méthodologies de livraison Agile ou hybrides selon les besoins
Relation client
Agir comme point de contact principal pour les clients pendant les projets
Établir des relations solides et communiquer l’état d’avancement de manière transparente
Animer des ateliers et des présentations client
Leadership et coordination d'équipe
Coordonner des équipes pluridisciplinaires : ingénieurs de données, analystes, architectes, consultants
Allouer les ressources et gérer efficacement la charge de travail des équipes
S'assurer que tous les membres de l'équipe sont alignés sur les objectifs et livrables du projet
Budget et rapports
Gérer les budgets de projet, les prévisions et la rentabilité
Suivre les indicateurs de performance et produire des rapports réguliers pour les parties prenantes

Diriger les revues post-projet et contribuer à l’amélioration continue

Une solide expérience dans l’industrie manufacturière serait considérée comme un atout

✅ Qualifications Et Compétences

Diplôme universitaire en administration des affaires, informatique, ingénierie ou domaine connexe
Minimum de 5 ans d'expérience en gestion de projet dans un environnement de conseil ou axé sur les données
Bonne compréhension des concepts de données et analytique : pipelines de données, plateformes infonuagiques (Azure, AWS), outils BI, etc.
Certifications PMP, PRINCE2 ou Agile considérées comme un atout
Maîtrise des outils de gestion de projet (par exemple, Jira, MS Project)
Excellentes compétences interpersonnelles, de communication et de négociation
Bilinguisme (français/anglais) préféré pour le marché canadien
