We are seeking an experienced SAP S/4HANA Project Manager to lead complex SAP transformation programs across Greenfield, Brownfield, and Selective Data Transition (Bluefield) implementation approaches. This role is responsible for end-to-end delivery governance, planning, execution, financial management, and stakeholder engagement.

What You Will Do

Lead end-to-end SAP S/4HANA implementation and transformation programs.
Define governance structures, delivery strategies, operating models, and success criteria.
Manage schedules, budgets, resource plans, risks, change requests, and delivery roadmaps.
Drive program execution using SAP Activate methodology and KPMG delivery frameworks.
Engage executive sponsors, steering committees, business leaders, and implementation partners.
Govern multiple workstreams including Finance, Procurement, Supply Chain, Data Migration, Testing, Security, and Infrastructure.
Lead business transformation, Fit-to-Standard workshops, and organizational change initiatives.
Oversee cutover planning, deployment readiness, go-live execution, and hypercare support.
Manage vendor relationships, offshore teams, and cross-functional issue resolution.
Support proposals, RFPs, pursuits, and SAP practice growth initiatives.

What You Bring To The Role

10+ years of SAP Project and Program Management experience.
5+ years leading SAP S/4HANA transformation programs.
Proven experience delivering Greenfield, Brownfield, and Bluefield SAP programs.
Strong knowledge of SAP Activate methodology and SAP delivery best practices.
Experience managing large-scale programs with multi-million-dollar budgets.
Expertise in governance, PMO leadership, risk management, vendor management, and financial management.
Strong executive stakeholder engagement and steering committee experience.
Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and leadership skills.
PMP, SAP Activate, SAP S/4HANA, SAFe Agile, or Scrum certifications are considered assets.

KPMG Ontario Region Pay Range Information

The expected base salary range for this position is $103,000 to $135,000 and may be eligible for bonus awards. The determination of an applicant’s base salary within this range is based on the individual’s location, skills & competencies, and unique qualifications. In addition, KPMG offers a comprehensive and competitive Total Rewards program.

KPMG BC Region Pay Range Information

The expected base salary range for this position is $101,000 to $130,000 and may be eligible for bonus awards. The determination of an applicant’s base salary within this range is based on the individual’s location, skills & competencies, and unique qualifications. In addition, KPMG offers a comprehensive and competitive Total Rewards program.
