We are seeking a Solution Integration Manager to help shape major client opportunities by bringing together business, technology, delivery, and leadership teams to develop integrated, end-to-end solutions. This role focuses on connecting client needs, solution strategy, delivery capabilities, and commercial considerations to create compelling, achievable, and winning proposals.

What You Will Do

Lead end-to-end solution development for complex pursuits, ensuring alignment between client requirements, delivery capabilities, and business objectives.
Facilitate collaboration across service lines, alliance partners, technology teams, delivery leaders, and senior stakeholders.
Develop solution strategies, value propositions, and differentiated proposal content for large-scale client opportunities.
Align scope, staffing, timelines, delivery models, assumptions, and dependencies to create executable solutions.
Partner with commercial teams to align solution design with pricing, risk, profitability, and delivery feasibility.
Identify solution gaps, dependencies, risks, and trade-offs, helping leadership make informed decisions.
Lead solution review sessions, pursuit workshops, and executive discussions.
Drive consistency, quality, and efficiency through data-driven insights, AI-enabled approaches, reusable assets, and leading practices.
Support major transformation opportunities across multiple industries, technologies, and service offerings.

What You Bring To The Role

7+ years of experience in consulting, technology delivery, transformation, solution architecture, pre-sales, or related disciplines.
Experience supporting or leading complex pursuits, proposals, RFPs/RFIs, business cases, and transformation initiatives.
Strong analytical, critical thinking, and structured problem-solving capabilities.
Ability to understand and connect scope, delivery models, resources, timelines, technology, assumptions, dependencies, and risks.
Strong stakeholder management and facilitation skills across senior leadership and cross-functional teams.
Ability to simplify complex information into clear, integrated, and actionable solutions.
Strong communication, presentation, and influencing skills.
Ability to challenge assumptions constructively and build consensus without formal authority.
Curiosity and interest in emerging technologies, AI, automation, and innovative delivery approaches.

The expected base salary range for this position is $77,500 to $137,000 and may be eligible for bonus awards. The determination of an applicant’s base salary within this range is based on the individual’s skills & competencies, and unique qualifications. In addition, KPMG offers a comprehensive and competitive Total Rewards program.
