Partner with senior client stakeholders to identify organizational challenges and develop practical, people-centered solutions.
Manage multiple client engagements while ensuring high-quality delivery, strong project governance, and effective risk management.
Serve as a trusted advisor to client leadership teams and build long-term relationships across organizations.
Support business development activities, proposal development, market pursuits, thought leadership, and the growth of People & Change offerings.
Develop intellectual property, insights, and market-facing content related to Change Management, HR Transformation, Future of Work, Workforce Transformation, and AI Adoption.
Coach and mentor consultants and senior consultants while fostering collaboration, innovation, and continuous learning within the team.
Support engagement economics, resource planning, and overall project delivery excellence.

What you bring to the role

Experience supporting HR Transformation initiatives involving HR service delivery, talent management, workforce planning, employee experience, operating model design, or HR technology implementations.
Understanding of Generative AI and emerging technologies, including their impact on organizations, employees, leadership, and workforce transformation.
Experience facilitating workshops and engaging senior leaders to drive alignment and decision-making.
Strong project management skills with a track record of delivering engagements on time, on budget, and with high client satisfaction.
Excellent written, verbal, and executive communication skills.
Strong relationship-building, business development, and client management capabilities.
Demonstrated ability to coach, mentor, and develop team members.
A passion for innovation and leveraging AI-enabled tools to improve delivery excellence and client outcomes.
Willingness to travel as required to support client engagements
