We are seeking an SAP Technical Lead to drive technical architecture, system conversion, and platform transformation activities across SAP S/4HANA programs. The role will provide leadership across BASIS, environment management, release governance, cutover execution, infrastructure coordination, and technical delivery.

What you will do

Lead SAP BASIS and technical transformation activities for SAP ECC to S/4HANA conversion programs.
Define technical architecture, environment strategy, and infrastructure roadmaps.
Govern transports, release management, technical cutover, and system conversion execution.
Lead performance monitoring, optimization, and platform stability initiatives.
Collaborate with SAP, security, infrastructure, and implementation partner teams.
Support disaster recovery, system availability, backup, and operational readiness activities.
Manage technical risks, dependencies, and deployment readiness.
Provide leadership during testing, cutover, go-live, and hypercare phases.
Establish technical standards and best practices for SAP transformation programs.

What you bring to the role

Extensive SAP ECC to SAP S/4HANA Brownfield conversion experience.
10+ years of SAP BASIS and technical platform experience.
Strong expertise in SAP architecture, system administration, and technical upgrades.
Experience managing environments, transport landscapes, and release governance.
Strong performance tuning, monitoring, and troubleshooting skills.
Knowledge of SAP security, infrastructure, and cloud deployment models.
Experience supporting cutover, deployment, and operational readiness activities.
Excellent leadership and stakeholder management capabilities.

KPMG Ontario Region Pay Range Information

The expected base salary range for this position is $103,000 to $135,000 and may be eligible for bonus awards. The determination of an applicant’s base salary within this range is based on the individual’s location, skills & competencies, and unique qualifications. In addition, KPMG offers a comprehensive and competitive Total Rewards program.

KPMG BC Region Pay Range Information

The expected base salary range for this position is $101,000 to $130,000 and may be eligible for bonus awards. The determination of an applicant’s base salary within this range is based on the individual’s location, skills & competencies, and unique qualifications. In addition, KPMG offers a comprehensive and competitive Total Rewards program.
