Overview

At KPMG in Canada, our people bring their unique perspectives to Canada’s most important challenges. Here, you can build momentum that reaches beyond our business, develop skills for the future, and take ownership of your career with support at every stage. Join a firm where your career can make a difference.

Your work matters. As part of our Audit & Assurance practice, you’ll deliver high‑quality work that supports trust, transparency, and confidence across both public and private organizations. We foster an environment of high challenge, where curiosity and critical thinking are encouraged. Through high support, including progressive learning, strong coaching, inclusive teamwork, and a shared commitment to integrity, we perform at our best – measuring what matters, recognizing impact, and continuously evolving to deliver excellence. This creates a culture where the best work happens when high challenge and high support work together. That balance is how our values show up – in how we work, how we lead, and what we deliver.

KPMG’s Department of Professional Practice (DPP) is seeking to hire Senior Manager, a high-performing candidate to support the annual inspection cycle and help enhance audit quality across the firm. Use your technical proficiency to review engagement team deliverables, provide open and honest feedback and ensure external requests are appropriately responded to.
Guide engagement teams through the remediation process to ensure timely and sufficient resolution.
Support audit quality matters through the development and implementation of improvement opportunities as well as sharing of overall observations within DPP.
Participate in DPP, Audit Quality projects and initiatives, as required.
To maintain connectivity with your sponsoring office, we encourage a commitment of approximately 200 hours per year to work on engagements in your region during your rotation, either as part of an engagement team or in an EEA Review role.
