What you will do

Lead client engagements, managing the planning and compliance needs of privately owned businesses, business owners, estates, and trusts
Collaborate with Partners on tax planning initiatives, including corporate reorganizations, estate planning, sale modeling, and other strategic tax projects
Review corporate, personal, estate, and trust tax compliance engagements, ensuring technical accuracy, quality, and timely delivery

Completion of, or significant progress toward, the CPA In-Depth Tax Program
Strong technical knowledge of corporate, personal, estate, and trust taxation, with experience reviewing complex tax compliance engagements
Proven ability to lead teams, provide coaching and mentorship, and support the professional development of junior staff
Excellent client relationship and communication skills, with the ability to understand clients' business objectives and deliver practical tax solutions
Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple competing priorities and deadlines
Demonstrated ability to present technical concepts clearly and provide confident, well-reasoned responses to complex questions

Adjustments and accommodations throughout the recruitment process

At KPMG, we are committed to fostering an inclusive recruitment process where all candidates can be themselves and excel. We aim to provide a positive experience and are prepared to offer adjustments or accommodations to help you perform at your best. Adjustments (informal requests), such as extra preparation time or the option for micro breaks during interviews, and accommodations (formal requests), such as accessible communication supports or technology aids, are tailored to individual needs and role requirements. Every hiring decision is made by our hiring managers and recruitment professionals, who are equipped with training that empowers them to use these tools responsibly. AI technologies used in our recruitment process undergo detailed risk assessments, including security and privacy requirements, that align with KPMG’s Trusted AI framework.
