Are you looking for flexible, hands-on work with one of Canada’s leading tissue manufacturers? Kruger Products is building its casual labour pool at the Trenton Converting Mill. The pool covers vacations, absences, overtime and short-term staffing gaps, and every shift keeps product moving out the door.
What You’ll Do
This is casual work only. Hours are not guaranteed and depend on operational needs. Joining the pool does not guarantee full-time hours or permanent employment.

What You’ll Do
- Manually bung finished product
- Build pallets to specification
- Rework product to meet quality standards
- Do hands-on quality checks on the production lines
- Keep your work area clean and safe
- Grade 12 diploma or equivalent
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs (27 kg) and do repetitive physical work
- A sharp eye for detail
- Reliable attendance and transportation
- Ability to work on your own or as part of a crew
- Submit your availability two weeks in advance
- Be available at least two weekdays per week or two weekend shifts per month
- Respond to shift offers within two hours
- Accept at least half the shifts you’re offered within your availability
- Show up for every shift you accept. A no-show may result in removal from the pool.

Responsibilities
Manually handle finished products, build pallets to specification, rework products to meet quality standards, and perform hands-on quality checks on production lines. Maintain a clean and safe work area while supporting vacation coverage, absences, overtime, and short-term staffing needs.
Requirements
Applicants must have a Grade 12 diploma or equivalent and be able to lift up to 50 lbs (27 kg) and perform repetitive physical work. They should have attention to detail, reliable attendance and transportation, and the ability to work independently or as part of a crew.
