Position: Senior Business Analyst

Location: Edmonton, AB – On-site 2 days per week (mandatory)

Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Support discovery and design sessions, including large-scale global design workshops planned.
• Support miscellaneous project activities and priority tasks as needed.
• Lead end-user requirements workshops and document best-practice requirements.
• Work with business and IT teams to identify data requirements for migration from existing legacy systems to the new ERP/EAM.
• If the program proceeds, support the full program lifecycle, including requirements gathering, design validation, data migration, QA/testing, end-user knowledge transfer, and system deployment activities.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of professional experience in Information Technology.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a Business Analyst role.
• Understanding of systems development, integration, and implementation approaches.
• Strong written and oral communication skills, with the ability to build effective working relationships.
• Experience working on at least one large-scale ERP, EAM, or billing transformation project through design, configuration/development, testing, and implementation.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Oracle Fusion and/or IBM Maximo (SaaS).
• Ability to manage small to medium-sized working groups and maintain appropriate program documentation.
• Strong information processing and analytical skills, with the ability to articulate positions effectively.
• Ability to understand HR, Finance, Supply Chain, and Asset/Work Management topics, identify alternatives, and guide stakeholders toward solutions.
• Familiarity with data definitions and documenting data integration flows.
• Experience with basic database query tools.

Preferred Qualifications

• Multiple years of experience in Oracle Fusion HCM.
• Flexibility to take on both Business Analysis and Quality Assurance (testing) assignments.
