Key Responsibilities:
- Integrate UCIe (Universal Chiplet Interconnect Express) IP into SoC (System-on-Chip) designs.
- Configure and validate UCIe interfaces to ensure proper connectivity and communication between chiplets.
- Troubleshoot UCIe integration issues and collaborate with SoC, RTL, and verification teams.
- Support system-level integration and validation of UCIe functionality within the SoC architecture.
Must-Have Skills:
- Hands-on experience with the UCIe protocol.
- Strong experience in UCIe IP integration into SoC, not UCIe IP design.
- Understanding of chiplet-based architectures and die-to-die interconnect integration.
