Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced VMware Implementer / Infrastructure Architect with expertise in VMware architecture, design, implementation, and upgrade projects.
The resource will support the planning and execution of an existing VMware environment upgrade from vSphere 8 to VCF 9.x across multiple data centres in Canada and the US.
Key Responsibilities
- Work with an established team of solution architects to plan and execute the VMware environment upgrade to VCF 9.x.
- Provide input to infrastructure project deliverables, including schedules, test plans, test results, implementation plans, and transition-to-operations documentation.
- Develop, implement, and review support processes to ensure compliance with policies, standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Ensure appropriate risk mitigation throughout the implementation.
Mandatory Technical Skills
- VMware Architecture, Design, and Implementation.
- VMware environment upgrade from vSphere 8 to VCF 9.x.
- Workload migration to VCF 9.x.

Desired Skills
- Experience leading VMware Disaster Recovery (DR) and High Availability (HA) testing, including SRM and vSphere Replication.
