The Role

As a Marketing Communications Associate, you will be responsible for strategizing, developing, and executing B2B marketing roadmaps that drive client outreach and company visibility. You will work closely with our executive leadership team to elevate our brand presence and support our strategic expansion into the general commodities sector.

Your knowledge & expertise in B2B content creation, brand channel management and marketing collateral design will be crucial in positioning Pinnacle Logistics Solutions as the premier logistics provider across North America.

What You’ll Do

Develop and execute tactical B2B marketing plans aligned with revenue growth objectives across renewable energy, industrial manufacturing and general commodities.
Manage and maintain all company communication channels, including LinkedIn, web content, digital outreach campaigns and marketing emails.
Create high-impact B2B collateral, case studies, pitch decks and white papers highlighting complex project cargo solutions.
Coordinate company participation and logistics for major international industry trade shows and conferences such as CIFFA, Breakbulk Europe and WCA Projects.
Vigilantly monitor the lead generation pipeline, providing data-informed recommendations for continuous workflow and campaign optimization.
Partner with sales and operations teams to provide proactive insights for brand messaging, digital engagement and process improvements.

What You Offer

3+ years of hands-on B2B marketing experience in North America, preferably within logistics, freight forwarding, supply chain or industrial B2B sectors.
A comprehensive portfolio demonstrating hard skills in copywriting, graphic design, content creation and brand collateral development.
A tactical "get it done" mindset combining strategic thinking with hands-on execution.
