Kuthala Equipment Sales and Leasing offer a broad selection of used equipment and flexible rental options to support diverse business needs. Kuthala Storage and Fleet Solutions provide extensive warehousing, outdoor storage, fuel cards, and 24/7 equipment repair and towing services. The group also operates Kuthala Capital, Kuthala Parts, and Kuthala Real Estate, delivering financing, heavy equipment parts, and investment opportunities to customers and partners.

Role Description The Fleet Coordinator is a full-time, on-site role based in Georgetown, ON. This role is responsible for coordinating daily fleet operations, including scheduling vehicles, assigning drivers, and ensuring optimal utilization of equipment across KUTHALA GROUP’s transport and leasing activities. The Fleet Coordinator monitors vehicle availability, maintenance needs, and compliance with safety and regulatory requirements, while maintaining accurate records and documentation. The role involves regular communication with drivers, dispatch, customers, and internal teams to manage delivery timelines, resolve issues, and support efficient operations. The Fleet Coordinator also assists with reporting on fleet performance, identifying process improvements, and supporting customer service standards.

Qualifications

Demonstrated experience in Fleet Operations and Fleet Management to coordinate vehicles, drivers, and equipment effectively.
Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact with drivers, internal teams, and external partners professionally.
Background in Operations Management to support scheduling, workflow optimization, and adherence to company procedures.
Knowledge of transportation regulations, safety standards, and compliance requirements in North America.
Proficiency with fleet management or logistics software and standard office productivity tools.
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to work on-site in Georgetown, ON and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Previous experience in trucking, logistics, or equipment leasing is an asset; post-secondary education in logistics, business, or a related field is beneficial.
