Company Description KUTHALA GROUP is a privately held company with multiple divisions serving transportation, equipment, storage, financial, and real estate needs across North America. Its transport division provides a wide range of trucking services, including expedited less-than-truckload and truckload, trans-border, intermodal, temperature-controlled, and supply chain management solutions. The group also offers equipment sales and leasing, extensive warehousing and outdoor storage, and fleet services such as fuel cards and 24/7 equipment repairs and towing. Additional divisions provide private lending for working capital and large loans, heavy equipment parts available around the clock, and ongoing real estate investment opportunities. Role Description The Office Associate (Logistics) is a full-time, on-site role based in Brampton, ON, supporting daily logistics and transport office operations. This role involves coordinating shipments, updating load and delivery schedules, and maintaining accurate records in internal systems. The Office Associate will communicate regularly with drivers, dispatchers, customers, and warehouses to confirm pick-ups, deliveries, and resolve scheduling or documentation issues. Responsibilities include preparing and processing transport-related paperwork, tracking equipment and inventory data, and ensuring compliance with internal procedures. The role also requires responding to inquiries, assisting with reporting for management, and contributing to an organized and efficient office environment.

Qualifications

Candidates should possess logistics and transportation coordination skills, including shipment scheduling, load tracking, and documentation management.
Candidates should possess office administration skills, such as data entry, filing, record-keeping, and handling daily office correspondence.
Candidates should possess communication and customer service skills to interact effectively with drivers, internal teams, and external partners.
Candidates should possess basic computer and software skills, including proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with logistics or ERP systems.
Candidates should possess organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks, prioritize workload, and meet deadlines.
Candidates should possess problem-solving and attention-to-detail skills to identify discrepancies, resolve operational issues, and ensure accuracy in records.
Relevant experience in transportation, logistics, warehousing, or fleet operations is an asset.
A secondary school diploma is required; post-secondary education in business, logistics, or a related field is considered an advantage.
Ability to work on-site in Brampton, ON, and collaborate in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
