The Role

Join our team of client-facing tech enthusiasts dedicated to delivering hands-on support and maintaining client systems for a diverse range of end users, including executive support. As Deskside Support, you're not just a problem solver – you're a technology hero.

Picture yourself in a role where you're the go-to expert for Level 2 technical support, tackling hands-on and remote challenges across desktops, laptops, docking stations, monitors, printers, and peripherals. You’ll play a pivotal part in device lifecycles by executing workstation imaging, software deployments, asset management, and hardware refresh activities. Day-to-day, your technical acumen will shine as you diagnose and resolve complex hardware, operating system, VPN, and network connectivity hurdles, while championing productivity through expert support of the Microsoft 365 ecosystem - including Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, and core Office apps.

Showcasing your depth in Windows 10 and 11 environments, you’ll make technology friction disappear with ease. Beyond virtual troubleshooting, you'll be actively involved in the physical workspace - leading office moves, desk setups, cable management, and workstation standardization to ensure seamless, ergonomic end-user environments.\\ In this role, you’ll collaborate within a vibrant ecosystem alongside internal Kyndryl squads and key alliance partners like Microsoft, escalating specialized issues when necessary while maintaining meticulous ticket documentation to consistently hit SLA and XLA targets.

At Kyndryl, we’re all about progress, security, and continuous improvement. You'll be right at the forefront, strictly upholding corporate IT security and data compliance policies while recognizing opportunities for modernization and automation within your realm. You are empowered to bring your creative side by presenting innovative ideas that enhance the end-user experience, optimize workflows, and drive cost savings.

If you're someone who thrives on teamwork, takes pride in hands-on craftsmanship, and embraces the ever-evolving tech landscape, you'll love being part of a team focused on deploying the latest and greatest in technology.

Join us as Deskside Support, where every day is a tech adventure, and you're the hero who keeps the digital world spinning smoothly. Your journey begins here.
