- Prioritize Guest Experience: You create personalized experiences for your guests and proactively address all their needs.

- Previous supervisor experience in retail or hospitality management
- Strong Leadership and communication skills
- Entrepreneurial attitude with background in a sales-driven environment
- Mindset focused on customer satisfaction (internal and external customers)
- Knowledge of skincare, body care and fragrance is beneficial.
- Experience with clienteling advantageous
- Basic Technology Skills

Responsibilities
Lead the Coquitlam Centre store team and create a welcoming, personalized, multisensory experience for guests. Coach and develop team members, address conflicts, use business analysis to identify opportunities, and support waste-reduction and refill initiatives.
Requirements
Previous supervisory experience in retail or hospitality management, strong leadership and communication skills, and experience in a sales-driven environment are sought. A customer-focused mindset and basic technology skills are expected; skincare, body care, fragrance, and clienteling experience are beneficial.
