From corporate offices and campuses to healthcare, manufacturing, and retail, L Squared helps organizations engage their audiences with content that is timely, relevant, and impactful.

We are growing, and we are looking for driven, competitive, and coachable Sales Development Representatives to join our Inside Sales team in North York and help fuel the next stage of that growth.

THE ROLE

As a Sales Development Representative, you will be the first point of contact between L Squared and our future customers. You will own the top of the funnel by identifying target accounts, engaging decision makers through multichannel outreach, qualifying opportunities, and booking meetings for our Account Executives.

This is a high impact, high activity role for someone who thrives on conversations, embraces rejection as part of the process, and wants to build a long term career in technology sales.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Execute high volume outbound prospecting through cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn, and SMS/text outreach to generate qualified sales opportunities
Leverage a parallel dialing system to maximize call volume, connect rates, and live conversations with decision makers
Run Account Based Marketing (ABM) strategies, researching and targeting key accounts with personalized, multi touch outreach across multiple stakeholders
Qualify inbound and outbound leads against established criteria so Account Executives receive well qualified, sales ready opportunities
Build and manage a healthy pipeline, consistently booking discovery meetings and achieving weekly and monthly activity and meeting targets
Maintain accurate, up to date records of all activity, contacts, and opportunities in our CRM (HubSpot), ensuring clean data and clear handoffs
Collaborate closely with Account Executives, Marketing, and Sales Leadership to refine messaging, targeting, and outreach strategy
Stay informed on L Squared's products, industry trends, and competitors to deliver credible, value driven conversations
Continuously test, adapt, and improve your outreach approach based on results and coaching feedback

QUALIFICATIONS

2 Years of experience in a cold calling, outbound sales, or SDR/BDR role
Hands on experience with a CRM platform (HubSpot strongly preferred; Salesforce or similar also considered), including pipeline and activity management
Experience using a parallel dialer or power dialing system (such as Orum, Nooks, or similar)
Familiarity with Account Based Marketing (ABM) and targeted, multi stakeholder prospecting
Proven ability to use and adapt to multiple outreach channels, including LinkedIn (Sales Navigator an asset), cold calling, email sequencing platforms, and Aircall or similar calling and text messaging platforms
Strong tech savviness and the ability to quickly learn new tools, platforms, and processes
A track record of meeting or exceeding activity, meeting, and pipeline targets
Ability to work in office five days per week at our North York location

EDUCATION

▪ Required: Post secondary education in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
