Lactalis Canada est une importante entreprise de transformation d’aliments axée sur les produits laitiers. Avec un chiffre d’affaires annuel de plus de 2 milliards de dollars, Lactalis Canada emploie plus de 3 300 personnes et exploite 20 installations de fabrication au Canada. Lactalis Canada exploite l’un des plus importants centres de recherche sur les aliments au Canada, qui est responsable du développement de nouveaux produits et du soutien technique pour Lactalis Canada.

Le ou la titulaire du poste sera membre de l’équipe de R-D, basée à Victoriaville et fournira un soutien technique et analytique aux membres de l’équipe de développement de produits du centre de R-D.

Responsibility

Avec supervision

Appuyer l’exécution des expériences de laboratoire ou de production requises dans le développement de nouveaux produits ou le renouvellement de produits, et mener des expériences et appuyer le plan d’échantillonnage.
Effectuer des expériences et analyses en laboratoire pour appuyer les processus de transformation et la mise en service de la formule pour la fabrication à grande échelle, ce qui comprend l’augmentation des prototypes et des essais subséquents pour appuyer l’introduction de nouveaux produits ou le renouvellement de produits.
Préparer et documenter le document sur les ingrédients bruts, les formulations et les spécifications dans le but de tenir à jour des données précises et de s’assurer de leur conformité par rapport aux normes de l’entreprise.
Veiller à ce que la qualité soit fondamentale dans l’exécution de toutes tâches.

Qualifications

Solides connaissances dans le domaine des sciences alimentaires ou de la chimie, de la microbiologie et du génie.
Excellentes compétences en communication écrite et interpersonnelle auprès de sources internes et externes.
Excellentes compétences organisationnelles et capacité à gérer efficacement de multiples projets et l’affectation de priorités dans le domaine du projet défini.
Aptitudes créatives en résolution de problème et en analyse.
