Tasks
- Prepare layouts in conformance to building codes, using measuring tools
- Measure, cut, shape, assemble and join materials made of wood, wood substitutes, lightweight steel and other materials
- Build foundations, install floor beams, lay subflooring and erect walls and roof systems
- Fit and install windows, doors, stairs, mouldings and hardware
- Maintain, repair and renovate residences and wooden structures in mills, mines, hospitals, industrial plants and other establishments
- Use computer numerical control (CNC) machines

Responsibilities
Prepare layouts and assemble materials to build foundations, walls, roof systems, and install windows and doors. Maintain and renovate wooden structures in various industrial and residential settings using CNC machines and hand tools.
Requirements
Requires a high school graduation certificate and between 1 to 2 years of experience. Candidates must be able to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision and possess strong manual dexterity.
