Role Overview
We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Business Analyst to support business transformation initiatives through data-driven insights, stakeholder collaboration, process improvement, and technology solution implementation. The ideal candidate will work closely with business and IT teams to identify business needs, document requirements, optimize processes, and ensure successful delivery of solutions that drive organizational objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights that support business decision-making.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
- Lead and coordinate Privacy Impact Assessment (PIA) activities and drive them through governance and approval processes.
- Perform gap analysis to identify process, system, or operational improvements.
- Develop and maintain business process models, workflows, use cases, and process documentation.
- Analyze existing business processes and recommend optimization and automation opportunities.
- Partner with cross-functional business and technical teams to define project scope, objectives, timelines, and deliverables.
- Work closely with IT teams to design, develop, test, and implement technology solutions aligned with business requirements.
- Support and coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT), ensuring solutions meet business needs and quality standards.
- Prepare and deliver reports, dashboards, presentations, and recommendations to stakeholders and leadership teams.
- Monitor industry trends, best practices, regulatory requirements, and emerging technologies relevant to business analysis and privacy compliance.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years (Junior), 5+ years (Intermediate), or 10+ years (Senior) of Business Analysis experience.
- Strong experience in requirements gathering, business process analysis, and documentation.
- Demonstrated experience conducting data analysis and generating business insights.
- Experience leading Privacy Impact Assessments (PIA) and privacy-related compliance initiatives.
- Knowledge of business process modeling techniques and tools.
- Experience in gap analysis, process improvement, and workflow optimization.
- Strong understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and project delivery methodologies.
- Experience collaborating with business stakeholders, project teams, and IT organizations.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience with reporting and dashboarding tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms is preferred.
