Pay Range: CAD 55-60/hr
Design and develop scalable ETL/ELT processes using PL/SQL and modern tools.
Optimize data loading and transformation processes for efficiency.
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand data needs and implement data warehouse models.
Develop and maintain reports and dashboards using Tableau.
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members.
Essential Skills:
Experience with Apache Airflow for workflow orchestration is beneficial for managing ETL processes.
Knowledge of PySpark for big data processing is a plus.
Familiarity with data quality checks and monitoring mechanisms is advantageous. Understanding of dimensional modeling techniques is helpful.
Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders is desirable.
Strong expertise in SQL and PL/SQL is essential for data manipulation and ETL processes. Proficiency in AWS services is critical for cloud-based data solutions.
Experience with data warehousing and modeling is necessary to meet business requirements.
Familiarity with Tableau for reporting and analytics is required. Technical leadership and mentorship capabilities are also important for guiding junior team members.
