10+ years of Salesforce experience with strong expertise in Communications Cloud (Vlocity).Hands-on experience with EPC| CPQ| Order Management and Industries processes.Strong knowledge of OmniStudio (OmniScripts| FlexCards| DataRaptors| Integration Procedures).Expertise in Salesforce architecture| Apex| LWC| APIs| and integrations.Experience integrating Salesforce with OSS/BSS| ERP| and external platforms.Strong understanding of telecom business processes such as Lead-to-Order and Order-to-Cash.Experience with CI/CD| DevOps| and Salesforce deployment methodologies.Preferred Skills:-Salesforce Application/System Architect certification.Salesforce Industries (Communications Cloud) certifications.MuleSoft integration experience.Knowledge of TM Forum Open APIs and SID model.Experience with large-scale telecom transformation programs.Agile/Scrum delivery experience.

Responsibilities
Design Salesforce Communications Cloud architecture and deliver solutions for telecom processes, including EPC, CPQ, order management, Lead-to-Order, and Order-to-Cash. Integrate Salesforce with OSS/BSS, ERP, and external platforms, and support deployment through CI/CD and DevOps methodologies.
Requirements
Requires 10 or more years of Salesforce experience, with strong expertise in Communications Cloud, OmniStudio, Salesforce architecture, Apex, LWC, APIs, and integrations. Preferred qualifications include Salesforce architect and Industries certifications, MuleSoft experience, knowledge of TM Forum Open APIs and the SID model, large-scale telecom transformation experience, and Agile/Scrum delivery experience.
