Role: Salesforce Communications Cloud Developer
Location: Toronto, ON - Hybrid (2-3 Days WFO)
Hiring Mode: Contract (6-12 months + Possible Extension)
Pay: CAD up-to 60/Hr.

Description:
- Develop and customize Salesforce Communications Cloud applications and components.
- Configure EPC| CPQ| Digital Commerce| and Order Management functionalities.
- Build OmniScripts| FlexCards| DataRaptors| and Integration Procedures.
- Develop Apex classes| Lightning Web Components (LWC)| and integrations.
- Support unit testing| SIT| UAT| deployment| and production support activities.
- Troubleshoot and resolve platform and integration issues.Collaborate with architects| business analysts| and QA teams.
Required Skills:
- 4+ years of Salesforce development experience.
- Hands-on experience with Communications Cloud (Velocity).
- Strong expertise in Apex| LWC| SOQL| and Salesforce configuration.
- Experience with OmniStudio components.
- Knowledge of REST/SOAP APIs and integration patterns.
- Understanding of telecom CPQ and Order Management processes.
- Experience with Git| CI/CD pipelines| and Agile methodologies.
Preferred Skills:
- Salesforce Platform Developer certification.
- Salesforce Industries certification.
- MuleSoft integration exposure.
- Experience with TM Forum Open APIs.
- Knowledge of telecom OSS/BSS ecosystem.
- Experience with Salesforce DX and DevOps tools.
