Pay Range: CAD 70-75/hr
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in DevOps Engineering, Site Reliability Engineering, Cloud Infrastructure, or Platform Engineering.
- Strong hands-on experience with AWS and Microsoft Azure cloud environments.
- Proven experience designing and managing CI/CD pipelines and automated deployment processes.
- Experience with Kubernetes, Docker, Infrastructure as Code, and configuration management tools.
- Proficiency in Python, Bash, Shell, or PowerShell scripting.
- Experience with monitoring, alerting, incident response, troubleshooting, and production support.
- Strong understanding of Linux administration, networking, application deployment, and cloud security.
- Experience with cloud migration, infrastructure optimization, high availability, and disaster recovery.
- Excellent analytical, communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work with cross-functional teams in Agile environments and support mission-critical production systems.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience implementing SRE best practices and defining service-level indicators (SLIs), service-level objectives (SLOs), and service-level agreements (SLAs).
- Experience with GitOps, automated infrastructure provisioning, and continuous delivery strategies.
- Knowledge of cloud security, server hardening, SSL/TLS certificate management, and vulnerability remediation.
- Experience improving deployment reliability, reducing operational toil, and optimizing cloud infrastructure costs.
