As a key member of our service department, you will act as the liaison between our customers and technicians - ensuring every interaction is seamless, professional, and efficient from start to finish.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a high-volume environment
- Automotive or dealership experience (preferred)
- Mechanical knowledge (considered an asset)
