Vancouver, BC - where much of the platform, tools, and technology behind Lantern's care experience gets built, by people who care as much about craft as they do about the mission.
Dallas, TX - home to our Care Advocates and a wide range of operations, clinical support, and business functions. This is often where our members' experience of Lantern is most directly shaped, day to day.
New York, NY - our third hub, with teams spanning multiple functions across the business.
