The Role

We're looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to own our Search, Shopping and Performance Max programs across both brands - with a sharp focus on feed quality and Google Merchant Center. You're a hands-on operator who's precise under a fast promotional calendar, comfortable living in the numbers, and hungry to grow your scope fast. Bonus points if you actually play the game.

Key Responsibilities

Here's what you'll own:

Build, schedule, QA and launch Search, Shopping and Performance Max campaigns for both brands.
Flight promotions against the promotional calendar, on time and without error.
Manage budget pacing and daily spend against targets, adjusting bids, targeting and asset groups within approved strategies.
Run search term reviews and maintain negative keyword lists across both accounts.
Own Google Merchant Center day to day: monitor for disapprovals, triage them to resolution, and QA feed output before and after promotional changes.
Optimize Shopping and Performance Max by closing coverage gaps, tying feed quality (titles, images, GTINs, attributes) back to campaign results, and escalating structural feed issues.
Partner with data teams to improve the underlying product data feeding into Merchant Center.
Track performance in GA4, surface insights, and report on Google Ads performance against targets.

Qualifications

What you'll bring:

3–7 years managing paid media, with a strong emphasis on Google Ads, in-house or agency-side.
Ideally at least 2 years of that experience at an e-commerce company.
Hands-on, in-depth Google Ads experience across Search, Shopping and Performance Max.
Direct experience managing product feeds and working in Google Merchant Center (feed rules, supplemental feeds, disapprovals, diagnostics).
Working knowledge of GA4.
Strong attention to detail and comfort managing multiple active accounts and large, fast-changing product catalogues.
Track record of using AI tools to drive efficiency - from feed/QA automation to performance analysis and campaign optimization.

Nice to Have

Not required, but you'll have an edge if:

You have worked in e-commerce or retail, particularly with large or fast-changing catalogues.
You have hands-on experience with Meta Ads.
You have run campaigns on Microsoft Ads or TikTok Ads.
You hold current Google Ads certifications.
You have a bachelor's degree in marketing, business or a science field.
You speak other languages Golfbidder operates in: French, Spanish, German, Dutch, Swedish, Finnish or Danish.
Being a golfer isn't required, but you'll have more fun if you are.

Le rôle

Nous sommes à la recherche d'une ou d'un gestionnaire du marketing numérique pour piloter nos programmes Search, Shopping et Performance Max pour les deux marques - avec un accent marqué sur la qualité des flux de produits et Google Merchant Center. Vous êtes une personne opérationnelle, précise même sous un calendrier promotionnel serré, à l'aise avec les chiffres et pressée d'élargir son champ d'action. Un point bonus si vous jouez vraiment au golf.

Principales responsabilités

Voici ce que vous prendrez en charge :

Concevoir, planifier, assurer la qualité et lancer des campagnes Search, Shopping et Performance Max pour les deux marques.
Déployer les promotions selon le calendrier promotionnel, dans les délais et sans erreur.
Gérer le rythme budgétaire et les dépenses quotidiennes par rapport aux cibles, en ajustant les enchères, le ciblage et les groupes d'éléments dans le cadre des stratégies approuvées.
Effectuer des revues de termes de recherche et maintenir les listes de mots-clés négatifs pour les deux comptes.
Assurer la gestion quotidienne de Google Merchant Center : surveiller les désapprobations, les résoudre et effectuer l'assurance qualité des flux avant et après les changements promotionnels.
Optimiser Shopping et Performance Max en comblant les lacunes de couverture, en reliant la qualité des flux (titres, images, GTIN, attributs) aux résultats des campagnes, et en signalant les problèmes structurels des flux.
Collaborer avec les équipes de données pour améliorer la qualité des données produits alimentant Merchant Center.
Suivre la performance dans GA4, dégager des constats et rendre compte de la performance des campagnes Google Ads par rapport aux cibles.

Qualifications

Ce que vous apportez :

De 3 à 7 ans d'expérience en gestion de la publicité payante, avec une expertise marquée en Google Ads, en entreprise ou en agence.
Idéalement, au moins 2 de ces années acquises au sein d'une entreprise de commerce électronique.
Expérience pratique et approfondie de Google Ads dans Search, Shopping et Performance Max.
Expérience directe dans la gestion de flux de produits et l'utilisation de Google Merchant Center (règles de flux, flux supplémentaires, désapprobations, diagnostics).
Bonne connaissance de GA4.
Souci du détail et aisance à gérer plusieurs comptes actifs ainsi que de vastes catalogues de produits en constante évolution.
